Macro Monday – It’s Been A While
Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve done a Macro Monday Post.
I love my new camera, but I’d forgotten just how much I loved the easy Macro function on my other camera. I pulled it out a few days ago, to find some pictures on a memory card, and decided to head out to the back yard.
Here are a few of the results.
My lovely Pink Zinnias
Zinnias might be “old fashioned”, but I do love them. I have them in several different colors.
I love the deep greens to be found in nature.
Basil – it smells wonderful and the blossoms are so delicate.
And last for today – a bright yellow blossom on one of my cucumber vines.
Here are a few of my other Macro Monday Pics that I like.
So, do you enjoy macro photography? What kind of camera do you use? What things do you love to photograph in macro mode?
very pretty !
I love basil and it’s blossoms, but does basil still produce plenty of leaves if you let it go to seed?
Cool!
I just inherited my daughter’s 7 year old -ish Nikon D200, with a 105 mm lens and R1C1 flash system. I don’t know much about it because I am such a newbie, but I’m enjoying the flowers in my garden and scenes on the local beach. Its so neat!
Beautiful! I have been toying with growing my own veggies…now that my puppy is no longer a puppy I may just give it a go!
