Well another week has come and gone, so here’s my Nutrisystyem Week 3 Report.

I’m holding my own, and finding it easier and easier to follow the program. Sure, there are times when I think about calling out for pizza, but I get over it, when I think about my goals. Thanks to some suggestions from my fantastic counselor, I’m getting down more water each day. I enjoy the Nutrisystem meals, and their ease of preparation.
What does a day on Nutrisystem look like?
Breakfast – Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and Egg Muffin
(Extras: Mock Wendy’s Frosty)
On the menu for lunch: Nutrisystem Hamburger
(Extras: Lettuce, tomato and crunchy onion rings)
Dinner: Nutrisystem Roasted Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potato’s
(Extras: Broccoli Florets)
For Dessert – and Snacks Throughout the Day
Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupake
Good food, and plenty of it! Add some sugar free soft drinks and water and you have eating satisfaction.
Each day I’m more determined. Each day I’m more thankful. Each day I’m working towards my goal, and I WILL SUCCEED. What about you? Do you need to shed a few pounds or a lot of weight? Yep I’ve lost another pound, for a total of 6.7 pounds.
