    We have got the transition down pretty good we start with our kids the week of and go to bed 10 or 15 minutes early each night til we are on schedule when it arrives!

    yes, I even have trouble adjusting, lol. I thought it was this Sunday and ended up waking up too early… sigh. But my 2 grandsons we try to get them ready and adjusted little by little a week or two before.

    One hour isn’t that big of an adjustment. It is much harder when travelling to destinations that have a difference of several time zones.
