PetChatz® HD is a premium 2-way interactive treat camera that allows you and your furry friends to connect when apart.
Anyone who knows me the slightest, knows that I’m gaga over my pets. They are members of our family – plain and simple. I just adore my boys, Gabe and Gung Poe Wigglebutt. Gabe is a Lab/Weimaraner mix, and he is my Service Dog. Gung Poe Wigglebutt is a Black Pug. Both are rescues, but I really believe that they rescued me. It was very hard leaving my home back in Florida (family and friends) and move to Louisiana. My dogs truly kept me sane. I have no problem whatsoever with spoiling them ROTTEN.
Cue PetChatz. I’ve wanted one of these systems, since I first heard abut the company several years ago. I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with them on this review (and keep tuned…a GIVEAWAY)! Gabe, being a Service Dog, gets to go everywhere with me, but poor little Poe gets left at home, and I feel really really bad about that. Now, with PetChatz, I can check in with him at any time, and even give him a treat or two!

I love the idea of not just being able to see what my furbabies are doing when I’m not home, but being able to communicate with them.
I’m not sure how my beagle may react to this method of interaction. Beagles are known to be stubborn and I’m not positive he could settle down when its all over.
Man technology really shocks me sometimes! Wish I had this around when I had a dog. Super cute!

This is great. Roxi really has separation anxiety. I’m talking when we go to the bathroom and shut the door, she panics and acts like she hasn’t seen us in hours when we come out.

Oh wow! I have two bulldogs. They recently lost their bully sister. So I worry when I leave and this would be perfect for that.

Most pet cameras just let you see what your furbabiy is doing – and talk to them. I like that this one actually lets them see YOU. I think my dogs would like to be able to see and hear me when I’m away from home.

I must admit after reading your review on this PetChatz I’m wanting one as well. It’s totally different then the pet cam that it releases treats and they can make “calls”. I’m really wanting one now!
This is the nearest thing. I have not seen this until now but I can see where it can make a world of difference. I am anxious to hear how they do when they learn to call you, especially as you said about them calling repeatedly.

While I’m home with my furbabies most of the time, I do need to be away at times – from short trips to the grocery store to weekends away helping my daughter (she sells her books at art at events). They are never left completely alone, but when I’m out of town, they don’t have family members home 24/7. My oldest cat, Moko, has had health issues for the past 8-9 months, and while she’s doing better, I would still really like to check in on her, and the others, when I’m not home. This sounds like a great product!
I can just see my 3 dogs hogging up the screen just to see and hear their mommy. I really do need one of these though, especially when I’m away on business trips.

This one of the greatest technology for pets and pet owners I’ve seen. When I go out of town on business trips for days at a time I get to missing my babies and would love to see and talk to them. I need 2 of these!

As a pet owner my fur baby does not like being home alone. This is great for many pet owners but would cause mine to become more upset.

I would love this. I think my dog would too, not sure about the cat though, We have 1 1/2 yr old chihuahua and she definitely suffers from separation anxiety. This would probably help with that, though I think she would figure out how to call quickly and often.

What a wonderful Product. I really, Really like it! My 2 Boys are our Babies too! To be able to check in on them when we are gone for a couple of hrs or more would be such a mind reliever. Great way to interact with your plants throughout the day. This is incredible technology and being able to watch your pets throughout the day is priceless. Many of us prefer to have pets this family so having the ability to watch & talk to them throughout the day and help relieve anxiety and I had some fun to the day.

I have love this product ever since it first came out. I have four dogs and one of them especially has anxiety separation issues. It would be very nice to be able to talk to her especially just to help calm her down but also fun to see with the dogs are doing while I’m gone
I have three Treeing Walker Coonhounds and three cats (all rescues). My furbabies are good dogs and cats, for the most part, but there have been a few times the two boy Coonhounds have “mixed it up” when I wasn’t home. I’d love to be able to keep an eye on them and gently discipline them over the Petchatz before they really get in trouble. It’s just sibling rivalry with some posturing, but I do worry one of the cats will get stepped on or something when the boys are having their competitive bark fast and not watching around them.

Isn’t this sweet for people who cannot live without their pets. What else will they think of for people to spend their money on.
I’m fortunate that I’m usually home during the day to keep an eye on my furbabies but there are always times I have to leave for some time – a few minutes to run to the corner store, a few hours to do the weekly grocery shopping, or even one or more days when I go with my daughter to events where she sells her art and/or books. I have three Treeing Walker Coonhounds and three cats (all rescues). Starting a little over a year ago, my oldest cat started having health issues and more recently, my girl Coonhound (who is at least 9-10 years old – possibly older) has been having serious medical issues. I can’t always wait until another family member is home before I need to leave the house, so having a camera like this, where I could check in on my furbabies, would be really great.

OMG Technology has gone above and beyond. Wow, Can you believe this call home to talk to your dog… hahahaha We just got a young Labrador and right now he stays in the cage while we’re gone until he can be trusted, but this would still be great so we can talk to him and he won’t feel like he’s so alone. I think this would confuse my dogs – at first. Then they would love it! Especially my 16-month-old Coonhound girl, Megumi. She is still getting used to what she’s allowed to do and what she isn’t. This would be a great way to keep tabs on her – and reward her for good behavior!

My little girl Toto has severe anxiety so I take her with whenever I can. I don’t work outside the home so I am with her often but when I do go places that she can’t go I have to leave her at home which causes her to have anxiety. Even if I leave her for only an hour or two she acts like I have left her for days. I feel so guilty when I have to leave her that often I skip many functions that I would like to attend. Maybe this would help her knowing I will call and when I leave she gets treats. It sure would be worth trying. I didn’t know such a gadget existed.
