2. Recognize your thoughts and move past them

3. Listen to music

It’s tough to be upset when you’re wandering around in the beauty of nature. If you don’t live near a place with natural beauty, just go for a walk. The fresh air will improve your state of mind.

Finally, another helpful tool to remove negative thoughts is to learn how to breathe in a way that will relax you. There are several methods that work, and one will help you.
