The Art of the Ollie Swaddle
Swaddling has been practived for centuries, but it isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Even having raised 10 kids, I was never all that great at it.  Now, I  have a son-in-law that can wrap a baby like a bean burrito.  I would imagine that the majority of parents and caregivers are more like me…somewhat inept.  But with the Ollie Swaddle, ANYONE can swaddle a baby with ease.

About Ollie Swaddle by Ollie World

Our mission is to see every baby flourish. We connect parents and practitioners with neurodevelopmental resources, such as The Ollie Swaddle.

Ollie World was founded in 2013 by  Hindi Zeidman.  Her story begins with Oliver,  a precious little baby who she fostered. Ollie was underweight and showing signs of “failure to thrive”.  Hindi could not find a swaddle that would give little Ollie the comfort and security he needed.  So, with the help of Dr. Kiti Randall, a pediatric neurodevelopment psychologist, she created a swaddle that is made from a breathable fabric that is strectchy enough to avoid hip dysplasia, but tight enough to keep baby securely wrapped at all times AND simple enough for even the most sleep deprived parent, to master.

  • This is a skill every new parent needs. I remember being so surprised at how well it worked when a nurse showed me how to swaddle when I had my first baby.

  • Swaddling is such a life saver for moms and for their babies. Babies LOVE the feeling of being swaddled, and I loved that my kids stopped crying after I swaddled them.

  • We are past the baby stage but were just talking about swaddling yesterday. My husband could never get it tight enough. This would have been handy.

  • Sometimes I wish I could get swaddled like this. No babies here but will keep in mind for baby gifts.
