I was so excited to be chosen for the Monroe and Main Fall Color Blogging Campaign, but I have to be honest – I DO NOT LIKE HAVING MY PHOTO TAKEN! I am so self conscious of my size. You see I’m very under tall for my weight:-( I’ve always been vertically challenged, and my body has tried to make up for that by being over-endowed horizontally. {{{Sigh}}}
I relented and tossed the lens cover to the wind because I really wanted to be sporting…

I’m a handbag junkie, and I usually stick with neutral colors…OK…BLACK. I stepped out of my comfort zone because of the gorgeous Fall Color Monroe and Maine has to offer.
Rich Vivid Bold and Beautiful Colors…Colors that Never go Out of Style.
When I was given the opportunity to pick something from Monroe and Main, to review here on Libby’s Library, I was is such a tizzy. There are so many dresses, shoes and handbags to choose from. After much consideration, I chose the Padlock Handbag. Oh, it comes in my beloved black, and in gold and in green, but I chose Fuchsia.
I think of these colors as jewel tones, so I named my bag Gem.
When she arrived she was pristine. Her handles were sealed in plastic and all her “hardware” was protected with a plastic film.
When I peeked inside, I discovered that Gem came with a handy dandy storage bag.
This purse is very well made and has loads of room, with pockets on the inside and on the outside (front and back). I could not be more pleased…both with the purse and with my choice to step outside of my neutral world and into the world of FALL COLOR. By-the-way, the lovely scarf that I’m wearing, also came from Monroe and Main.

The fall collection is gorgeous! I really am impressed with the flutter cuff shirt. I really like that embellishment and I think it could be nice for dressy or casual.

I like the Slice and Dice Dress, such a pretty dress for work or a date.
I love the Rockin Tunic. It’s the perfect color for me, great length and i could dress it up or down!

I love their Free Spirit Sweater. I have a hard time finding long sweaters especially ones I like and in a plus size. This sweater is just beautiful and comes in a plus size. It has everything I need and I love it.
