Review from the “B” Family
************
The VeggieTales movie The Little Drummer Boy
was wonderful!
As a mom of 5 I enjoy the way that they teach without preaching.
They use situations that children can relate to
& use a story to teach the lesson that needs to be learned.
The message in this movie was forgiveness…among other things.
While it mentioned the story of Jesus Christ’s birth,
that wasn’t the main focus.
So, even though it looks like a “Christmas Movie”
it really works for any day of the year.
I really giggled at the new Silly Song
in the middle of the show
in the middle of the show
The 8 Polish Foods of Christmas.
It was very cute!
The music CD was great as well.
(VeggieTales O Holy Night – Journey of a Little Drummer Boy)
There was a good mix of traditional Christmas songs
and fun songs by the VeggieTales characters.
My 3yr old daughter “Pinky” just twirled
and swayed to the whole CD.
and swayed to the whole CD.
She gives it an A+
