Several people have asked for the recipe
Your wish, is my command!
1/4 cup of active dry yeast
1 cup + 2 Tblsp. sugar
3 1/2 cups of milk – I used whole milk
2 sticks salted butter, for dough…
plus additional butter for brushing tops
of rolls / bread, before and after baking.
8 large eggs
10 – 15 cups of flour *
1 Tblsp. salt
and the results will make your head spin.
Yes – they are that good!
(*Start with 10 cups of flour.
Add additional flour as needed,
1/2 cup at a time.)

the first thing i saw was 1/4 cup of yeast! i was like "holy guacmole"!! then i saw the quantities of the other ingredients! lol….that'll teach me not to read the whole recipe!

ok now I have to recalculate everything so I can make a smaller batch. If not either we will be eating WAY too much or it will go bad before we can finish. I love the look of those rolls and will definitely be making these very soon.
