My daughter was so excited when a PLUFL and HUGL showed up at our door. I wish I could share a photo of her when we presented them to her, but we respect her privacy and do not share images of her without her permission. She has cancer, and we will do anything we can to help her be more comfortable. Because she spends so much time in bed, the Hugl is a Godsend. When she wants a little change of scenery, she would previously move into her office, and spend time in her recliner chair. Now she has the option of snuggling up in her Plufl to take a nap or watch TV.
OK, I’m sure many of you are scratching your heads and wondering what the heck PLUFL’s and HUGL’s are!

I would equate the standard size to a single bed and the x-large as a full to queen bed.

Once we removed from the packaging, we let it sit for a day for the Memory Foam to completely expand, and fluffed up the bolster pieces. It is a bit difficult for just one person to try to insert it into the fluffy cover, but with 2 people it is much easier. The cover can be machine washed in cold water and hung to dry, placed in the dryer at a low setting.
We threw a single flat sheet over it, to extend it’s wear time. We thought that this would be the best option for our daughter, as we can easily put the sheet in the wash and then throw into the dryer on a regular basis.
The Plufl is surprisingly comfortable and our daughter is thrilled, so we could not ask for more!
These would make awesome “guest’s beds” for those who do not have dedicated guest rooms!

There is really nothing to do once you take your Hugl out of its packaging other than to place it on your bed and RELAX. The cooling aspect is quite remarkable. The Hugl can be used in different ways as needed….for sleeping, for sitting up in bed to read or watch TV, even used as a makeshift back pillow and desk/table. It comes with a machine washable cover, and you can purchase additional covers.
So, have we found any cons to our Hugl and Plufl? Only that we don’t EACH HAVE ONE!!!!!
I have multiple sleep disorders, so anything that I can use that will help me be more comfortable in bed is a blessing. LOL, I may sneak in and snatch the Hugl from my daughter once in a while. It truly is fantastic. We are so grateful to have received these two wonderful products.

Both the Plufl and Hugl sounds absolutely amazing! I love the idea of a human dog bed, how cozy! My son is always laying in our dogs’ bed with her. I always sleep with a body pillow, but I have never had one as amazing as this giant cooling one! They are both on my wish list now.
I’d love to try this!
