I recently received this fantastic
Nesco Electric Pressure Cooker
Just look at how well it was packed.
It’s as stylish, as it is easy to use.
I was a little nervous at the idea of pressure cooking,
by the directions were very easy to follow, so I gave it a whirl.
I got this roast on sale, so it was very inexpensive to cook…
and it came out soooooooooooooo tender,
and didn’t take any time at all.
Look at all that lovely “juice”.
I used it to make the most wonderful gravy!
