Rubbermaid 2-in-1 Recycler Review & Giveaway

I’ve been trying to be a little greener, as of late, and one of the things that I do religiously, is to recycle.

We don’t have curbside recycling in my area, but we have friends who live in town…and they do.  I save aluminum cans for them, and I put my plastic, glass, cardboard, etc. in their bins. My newspapers go to the animal shelter, in the “big city”. Since I don’t get into town every week, I need plenty of storage to keep my recyclables. I have two under the cabinet bins, but they fill up pretty quickly, so I was delighted when Rubbermaid, offered me the opportunity to tryout one of their new recycling containers.

This is Rubbermaid’s new 2-in-1 Recycler. It’s made with recyclable materials and is recyclable. I keep aluminum cans in the top bin and the bottom bin is where I put all my plastics, glass, and cardboard.

RM5The  bottom has a “step on” feature, which makes for easy opening, when my hands are full.

RM8When filled, the bin slides right out.  I can either use the handles to carry it out, or take out he bag (which locks securely with the green handles). The 2-in-1 Recycler, is lightweight, but very very sturdy. It looks so nice, I have it set up right in my kitchen.

Are you liking what you see?  Then you will be as thrilled as I am, that Rubbermaid is providing a 2-in-1 Recycler for one of my US and Canada readers!

Just enter using the handy dandy Rafflecopter form below.

Good Luck!
