My Review:
What an inspiring author!
Reading this book made me feel like maybe
I DO have a chance to actually change the way I
Look & Feel!
I get so frustrated when I read about how
someone has lost 10 or 20 lbs.
As if that is such a great feat…
(okay, I know that for the person who lost it,
it does seem fantastic)
BUT
for someone like me, who has 100 + pounds to loose,
10 or 20 lbs. feels like nothing!

Chantel’s story truly GIVES ME HOPE!

The One Day Way is comprised of 4 parts:

1.  It’s Time for Demolition
(Leveling the Way You Measure Success)

2.  Laying the Foundation
(One Vision, One Bite-Size Success, One Setback, One Celebration…at a Time)

3.  Building the Structure – a New You
(Where to Find the Materials, Energy, and Labor for the Project)

4.  Your Road to Completion
(How to Develop Lasting Power)

I love the names of the chapters in The One Day Weigh.
My favorite…
“A Better Way to Think About Accidents, Screwups, and Setbacks”
(Turn the Past into a Positive Force)

This book is filled with positive insight into why things haven’t
worked in the past, and how we can make them work in the future.
Also included is a sensible eating plan, and the basics of Interval Training.
The remarkable success stories of 3 different women
– with before and after photo’s –
is another bite to chew on.

Bravo Chantel Hobbs!

  • This sounds like a very helpful book. Sometimes that one "weigh" or a day at a time is the way to go.

  • I'm another of those perpetual dieters. Still need to lose about 50 pounds to get to a 'normal' weight for my age & height. Wonder if this book would help me get there?
