for the purpose of review.
Wen is different, in that it does not lather up.

strip the natural oils from your hair and scalp.

My Review:
The Wen Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner
smelled glorious – good enough to eat!
As stated in the information sheet provided,
it did not lather up.
It rinsed out easily, and left my hair
extremely soft and shiny.
I did not have to use anywhere near as much as
recommended on the bottle,
because I am cheap!
Smelled good, left my hair soft and shiny…
…having said that, I think for me, the jury is still out.
My hair was so soft after using the Cleansing Conditioner,
that it was actually harder to style:-(
When I checked out the Wen, by Chaz Dean website,
I saw that there is a total haircare system
(Wen Cleansing Conditioner, Wen Styling Creme,
and Wen Re Moist Intensive Hair Repair Mask – also included
Wen Texture Balm & Wen Wide Tooth Shower Comb)
Using all the products in the system, and actually using the amount
of product, as directed (yes I know that a cardinal rule
is to read and follow instructions:-(
might make the difference, in my ability to style my hair.
The price ($29.95 S/H) for a 30 day supply,
seems a little costly to me (yes, I’ve admitted that I’m cheap).
I will keep using the Wen Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner,
(and use it following the directions)
and I’m sure that my hair will become healthier,
and hopefully the ability to style my hair will improve.
