Get a good night’s sleep
We know that this can sometimes be easier said than done. We also know that we definitely feel better after a good night’s sleep and we know that it’s good for us, body and mind.
In the first place, do ensure that you have got a comfortable bed and mattress. You might opt for a natural and organic mattress so that you know that all materials used are non-toxic and eco-friendly, as well as cozy.
It’s then a good idea to switch off from any screens at least half an hour before you plan to go to sleep. Reading can help you to wind down and relax. You can then try sprinkling some lavender oil onto your pillow for a soothing scent as you drift off to sleep.
Drink plenty of water

Keep a bottle or glass near to you throughout the day and refill it as soon as you drain it. When it is to hand, you are likely to find yourself reaching for it more regularly than having to go and pour a drink once you realize that you are actually thirsty.
Give your immune system a boos
There are many ways to look after and boost your immune system, and so many of them are easy to do today.
You could opt to go for a walk in the great outdoors, as getting active and the fresh air and sunshine will give you a boost. Or maybe you will simply wash your hands more often and more thoroughly, to avoid carrying and transmitting any germs. Or perhaps you will go for a real mood-booster and laugh.
