  • A long time ago when I was a kid the Candy Buttons and Candy Cigarettes were my favorite. Back then there was a thing called “Penny Candy” not today your box of candy is worth a fortune! Thanks for having the contest.

  • My favorite Old Time Candy is the candy buttons. I use to love these as a child and thought it was such a great treat to get them. These bring back so many childhood memories.

  • My favorite old time Candy that we used to head to Mr. Pikes market and get a brown penny candy bag with a handful of penny candies, (can’t do that anymore( bless Mr. Pike I think he would always add extra to our bags, I love the Mary Janes but in your box I would love the York Peppermint patties.

  • Yum! I was born in late 60s & have such fond memories with some of these candies. Summers spent at the community pool & consession stand, a generational thing as my daughter also lifeguarded for 7 years.
