I received a copy of
Cooking Light Complete Meals in Minutes
about 6 weeks ago,
and I’m loving it!!!!
Every recipe can be made in 30 minutes or less.
The cookbook is in binder format, with a heavy duty cover.
The individual pages are sturdy, and the dividers
are a nice weight and quite glossy.
So far my favorite recipes are:
~Chicken Tenders with Pita Coating~
(This recipe is listed in the appetizers & beverages section,
but I think that they make a good main dish.)
~Cod with Tangy Tartar Sauce~
~Country Fried Steak with Mushroom Gravy~
~Sausage and Spinach Soup~
~Chunky Cranberry Applesauce~
~Winter Ambrosia~
Although many of the recipes have ingredients
that I cannot eat (due to allergies),
I was able to leave out or substitute, without having
any difficulties.
Beautiful color photos.
“Snipits of tips”, here and there.
