School’s are now open in our neck of the woods, so we’ve been stocking up on supplies for the 2015 – 2016 academic year.  Sam’s Club and Kellogg’s has made it not only easy and delicious, but has also given us a way to add to our home “library” AND to give back. By purchasing specially marked packages of Kellogg’s products and redeeming the codes found inside, you can get a book for your family (or for your local school) and a book will be donated by Sam’s Club (to a pre-selected local school in need)!

We are a family of readers.  We not only encouraged our children (and now our grand children), to read, but we set an example for them.  Both my husband, and I, love to read, and we enjoy many different genres of books.  Thankfully all of our children have a love of reading and many are voracious readers.  Now, this legacy is being passed down to our grand children.  Oh, the many hours that I have spent with little ones on my lap, reading aloud, and enjoying our time together.
