My Review: I was excited to receive this set of videos.
As a woman in my mid 50’s,
I do know the importance of increasing metabolism,
developing bone density,
keeping my heart healthy and conditioning my body.
I’ve been overweight (and I’m not talking a little pudgy), all my life,
and have never had a great desire to exercise, nor taken the time to do so.
I’ve paid the price, dearly, and am now facing a very high hill to climb,
to get anywhere near my desired goal.
Even though the segments are only 5 minutes long, I have a LOT of trouble
keeping up. I have NO core strength whatsoever (after 9 pregnancies
and two abdominal surgeries), and I know that I’ll never get it all back,
but I hope, with continued use of these videos, that I’ll get a
little stronger – each and every day.
Can we all say ADAPTATIONS?
These are NOT wimpy workouts.
I would think that even regular exercisers would have
difficulty keeping up!

Oh, if you could just see the looks on my dogs faces,
when I shove back the furniture and start moving.
If you are brand new to exercise – then this one will have to be
taken in teeny tiny steps, but with Andrea’s enthusiasm,
and the fun music – I think that you will enjoy Keeping Fit.
