I feel so good after a good sweat. I went for a long walk today. Then, did the couch potatoe thing for awhile. Then went for a 20 min. major sweat bike ride , then couch potatoe. Then, went out to water the garden and do some laundy , then couch potatoe. hee .. I quess I do both. 🙂
I’m more of a computer chair potato.:P I do enjoy going on long walks with one of my dogs when the weather is bearable though. I love the way I feel(after I can breathe again lol) after working out,it’s just forcing myself to actually start doing it that’s the problem.
