Summer Blog Challenge – Day 26
What does your significant other do that makes your heart melt?

Oh my gosh – there are so many things…honestly,
I’m married to the most wonderful man in the world!
The man is about as close to perfect as a man can get.
He has always changed diapers, done laundry and dishes.
He was with me when our children were born, and with several of our daughters,
when their children were born.
He puts up with me dogs, and my forgetfulness.
He takes me to my doctors appointments – and looks the other way when I get on the scale.
He does grocery shopping, and take the dogs to the vets.
He tells me he loves me every morning, and every night, and usually several times during the day.
He sends me sweet emails and leaves cute little love notes on my bathroom mirror.
He’s emptied my drains, and changed my bandages, after my many surgeries.
He cradles the tiniest newborns with such confidence and gentleness,
plays pretend with toddlers, reads books to pre-schoolers,
helps with homework…and oh the number of concerts that he’s attended while our kids were growing up!
All these things melt my heart…but his smile and his laugh…ok, I think that I’m getting teary eyed.
