Yes, Winter Will End. Be Ready With Monroe and Main Stunning Spring Fashions!

This is a Fashionista Event Opportunity, and is hosted by Still Blonde after all these YEARS and Modly Chic.

If I was back home in the Sunny South, I’d already be experiencing Spring! But, I’m in the bitter cold North where the snow is a fall’n and the winds are a blow’n.  This isn’t keeping me from enjoying…

Monroe and Main’s Stunning Spring Fashions!

I received the Stand By My Sweater, in red. This sweater has such flattering lines, and it’s oh so soft! I chose it from the Flattering Styles Collection.

Now, you’re probably wondering why I’m spouting off about this being a Spring Fashion, while I’m wearing it out in  2 degree weather, while it’s snowing…but stay with me. Even though it’s a long sleeved sweater, it’s very light weight and will be perfect for warmer temps.

  • I learned that bright and bold is big for the Spring. Jewelry in bold colors is also a big fashion statement, whether you wear pendants or chocker length statement necklaces, and different sizes and shapes of earrings create lovely fashion pieces. Flats are thankfully being shown this Spring in bold and bright colors and the ankle strap on flats provides a new look, as well as more support. Pocketbooks and purses, big and small, are also a big accessory this Spring. Lots of small hand held purses in one bright color that goes with everything makes a huge statement. Bigger bags with patterned fabrics, colors and even accessories and hardware on the bags are big this year. Huge bold stripes or geometrical designs brighten up any oufit, whether in the clothing fabrics, jewelry or pocketbooks.
