I’m so glad that I was given the opportunity to review Zumba, by Beto Perez.

I’m overweight (like seriously – not just 10 or 20 or 50 lbs. – more like *gulp* 100lbs.)
and out of shape (but I’ve got a pretty strong right are from opening and closing the fridge – LOL),
and I’ve needed something to get me motivated into eating better and exercising.
This great book is filled with success stories scattered throughout.
There are detailed explanations & photo’s of the routines – from the Merengue to the Salsa.
There are routines (20 minutes each) to Burn Fat, Sculpt, and Tone & Stretch.
Zumba has:
1. A program for a Fitter Firmer Body in 9 Weeks
2. A 5 Day Express Diet
3. Zumba Diet (3 diets in one – Zumba Basic, Zumba Flat Abs, and Zumba Thin Thighs)
4. 14 days of Meal Plans for each of the above.
5. Recipes (I tried several over the weekend – Meat and Rice Loaf, Luscious Key Lime Pie, and White Bean Soup [I was a weeny and left out the chilies]).
6. There is even a fitness demo included.
