About the Author:
Born in a small town in Arkansas, J.L. Bourne balances his time between his military duties and thinking about finishing the sequel to “Day by Day Armageddon.”

My Review:
This is my first Zombie novel. Yeah, I know…hard to believe
that a 54 year old mom of many, isn’t into Zombie literature.
The only Zombie I know about, is Bernie-LOL.
So, I really don’t know how to “rate” DAY BY DAY Armageddon.
At first, I thought that it was a YA book, but the number
of expletives ruled that out. Context wise,
I might even drop the F bomb if I was in the
same boat with…(uuuuuuuummm, now that
I think of it, I don’t think that the main character ever
mentioned his name)…any way if I was one of the few
survivors of a devastating global disease outbreak that
caused the victims to become the undead, I
might let loose a couple of 4 letter words myself!
I can tell you that this book didn’t make me a fan of
Zombie genre, but it was interesting, and
I actually enjoyed the survival tactical planning aspects.
And I know that this is stupid, but my biggest worry,
was what would happen to Annabelle.
No – I’m not gonna tell you who she is, you’ll have to
read the book yourself.
Even though I said that I wasn’t converted to Zombie lit.,
I will read the next book, because I want to know what
happens to the survivor at Hotel 23!
