How to Survive Holiday Overindulgence
Who’s overindulged at one time or another? Go ahead, raise your hand!
Oh, the tastes of the season.
Turkey and stuffing. Ham and sweet potatoes. Pies, cakes…and cookies galore. Eggnog, and spirits for some. It’s hard to say no, and we find ourselves overeating during the holidays. So, what do we do when we’ve eaten way tooooo much?
About a Mom has posted about How to Survive Overindulgence this Holiday Season. Head on over and find out about the first Thanksgiving meal that she ever prepared, and how she survives during the holidays.
I certainly over indulged Thanksgiving. Will have to jog or exercise more to counter those extra calories
We did really good this year. I cooked (EEEK…but I did great) and there wasn’t as much food if we had a crowd. NO one over ate and we all felt good afterwards!
It’s so hard to resist, all the food is delicious and I get tempted to just have a little more.
Well being that I dont do the family dinner anymore someone younger has taken over that job, I dont like to eat a lot if Im not at home. Dont take leftover home with me either -so I dont eat so much anymore.
I didn’t really over indulge on Thanksgiving this Year, thank goodness, I am waiting for Christmas Treats though!
Thanks for the Post!
