Every year I look back and think of all the missed opportunities…
all the things that I could have/should have done.
I also vow to loose weight in the coming year.
Not this time!
Nope – I’m looking back and remembering all the wonderful
things that have taken place in the last 12 months.
I have so much to be thankful for.
My family and friends…
having a roof over my head, and clothes on my back.
I’ve never gone hungry, or gone without medical care.
I have people whom I love dearly, and who love me in return.
How much more could a person ask for?

This coming year, my resolution is to try my best
to make positive changes in my life that will also,
bring about positive effects to those I love.
I also want to be mindfully thankful, 
for my many many blessings,
which include all of YOU!
