Short Synopsis Saturday – ALL THINGS HIDDEN
I’m starting back with my Short Synopsis Posts, only now it will be Short Synopsis Saturday instead of Sunday. Today’s Short Snyopsis Saturday is featuring ALL THINGS HIDDEN,
by Tracie Peterson and Kimberley Woodhouse.
I love books from Bethany House – They are always uplifting, and free from objectionable language and content. If you prefer reading books that are “wholesome” and entertaining, then Bethany House if for YOU!
I enjoy historical fiction and have always wanted to visit Alaska, so All Things Hidden was a special treat for me. Peterson and Woodhouse incorporated facts on The Matanuska Project, into this fictional work. Mixing in geographical descriptions and local culture from that time period, makes for an interesting and delightful read.
I especially enjoyed the relationship of the female main character (Gwyn), her childhood friend Sadzi, and her “mother stand-in”, Nasnanna.
