When Art Is The Inspiration To Travel

We can feel inspired in many different ways. It could be a quote we read or hear someone say, a friend or partner can inspire us, and even the weather can play a key part in how we feel. Paintings and artwork are also something that can really inspire you and in some ways, no matter how you see or experience it, you can then feel inspired to visit the country that inspired that artwork in the first place. I wanted to share with you some of the countries that you may be wanting to visit after feeling inspired by art you have witnessed.

Japan

Maybe you feel inspired to head to Japan because of the advancement in technology. I mean, who doesn’t want to go to a bathroom and have the utilities talk to you? But, you may be inspired to visit Japan because of the art and famous anime that is popular out there. Cartoon, magazines and even TV shows use this sort of art and imagery as the basis and it is extremely popular.

Italy

Italy may be famous for the grouse cuisine of pasta and pizza, but it is also famous for some of the most iconic artwork thanks to artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci. With beautiful sculptures and artwork making pride and place in some of the most iconic Catholic Churches in locations like Rome, it is is easy to see why Italy becomes a place people want to see. If you haven’t witness the artwork specifically, you may have noticed it in films such as the Da Vinci Code, which gave an air of mystery to Leonardo’s work.

The Netherlands

The Netherlands is another country you may be drawn to and it might be specifically because one famous artist is from there, and that is Vincent Van Gogh. You can actually visit a museum dedicated to his life and works in Amsterdam. Not only do you get to enjoy the art, but The Netherlands is also a great country to visit. Amsterdam is a beautiful city, and there is definitely plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas.

The USA

Maybe you want to stay closer to home and explore the states within the USA. Specifically the state of Pennsylvania. Why? You may ask. The famous artist Andy Warhol is from Pittsburg which is based in the state of Pennsylvania. Andy Warhol was a famous American artist famous for some of his productions in the pop culture world.

Spain

Finally, if you are feeling inspired by art then there has to be a mention for Spain. You may go there because it is a famous holiday destination but also to feel inspired by art could see you taking a trip to Malaga because the famous artist Pablo Picasso is from there. Picasso was not only a famous painter, he was also a sculptor, a ceramicist, poet and a play writer. He was definitely a talented individual.
