Wondermill – Wonderful – Review
I got a WonderMill…
…and It is AWESOME!
I’ve used other mills before – and they have been REALLY LOUD, but the WonderMill isn’t nearly as noisy. It was so easy to put together, and quite lightweight, considering the power that this baby has.
In anticipation of it’s arrival, I sent my husband out to buy some wheat. We used to have gobs of wheat in storage, but somehow, in our move 6 years ago, it disappeared. Go Figure.
The WonderMill is extremely easy to use, and as you can see below, it grinds the wheat to a very nice consistency.
For our trial run, my daughter wanted to try something simple, so she chose to make breakfast for dinner. She found a fantastic recipe for pancakes using whole wheat flour. OF course, the flavor and texture wasn’t exactly like it would be using white flour, but it wasn’t enough of a difference to keep any of us from not showing down – and that includes 2 VERY PICKY little ones.

By the way – your freshly ground flour can be stored right in the bin that it is ground “into”.
