  1. I am in my 60’s and never knew of all of these regiments. Plus back in my 20’s, there were less products on the market and less knowledge about the skin and cell breakdown. I found this article very interesting. I know that hydrating your skin is very important since we are made up of water. I was not a makeup wearer and I don’t wash my face with soap. I get compliments on my skin a lot. People have told me that I look younger than what I am. I don’t have any wrinkles and I think it is part of your DNA make up.
