A Better Nights Sleep with Comma Bedding

As a person who suffer from numerous sleep disorders I’m always on the hunt for anything that can help me get a good night’s sleep.  I have to take medication, which is both a blessing and a curse, in order to be able to sleep at all, but sleep often comes only after hours of tossing and turning waiting for my meds to go to work.  If I take enough to go to sleep right away, I have a great deal of difficulty waking up.  So, I can either take less medicine, take much longer to fall asleep, but sleep only 8 – 10 hours at a time, or take the full dosage, go to sleep quickly, but sleep like the dead for anywhere from 14 – 18 hours at a time.  I usually lean towards less medicine.  During the hours waiting to drift off, I at least want to be comfortable in bed…another dilemma.

I like the feeling of weight from my bedding, but weighted blankets are too heavy for me to manage.  We’ve tried several “weights” but I literally was stuck and could not roll over on my own.  ACK!  Our regular comforter is the perfect weight for me, but it is too “hot” for my husband.  I run cold and he runs HOT.  You can only begin to image my delight when I received a Eucalyptus Comforter from Comma!

First – no, it doesn’t smell of eucalyptus.  It is the perfect “weight”, just like my old comforter, but it doesn’t overheat my husband.  It’s actually keeps me a pretty much the right temperature too.  When I go through a cold phase during my sleep (I have Reynauds disease, so my body has trouble regulating temperature), I might pull up the other comforter which we keep at the end of the bed, for a few minutes until I cycle back to a normal temp.
