Stonegate – Delaware

Stonegate’s main appeal is its paths. Some of the best walking and running paths are located at the facility. This is due to their membership with the American Public Gardens Association. Other amenities include a tea lounge, greenhouse, and nine-hole putting green. The monthly fee is $5000. The base price to get in starts at $448,000.

All of these senior communities are great options to consider when thinking about your future.
