Catching Up with Nutrisystem #NSNation

I have received 3 months of food as part of the #NSNation Blogger Program.  No monetary compensations has been exchanged.  All opinions expressed are ours alone.  PLEASE – always consult a health care professional, before starting any diet or exercise program.

Time has just flown by and we are almost at the end or our 3 months with Nutrisystem.

We cannot thank them enough for bringing us on board as #NSNation Bloggers!

#NSNation 9 and 10

Sonnie has done GREAT – she looks fantastic and our doctors are thrilled with her progress.  I don’t know if you all remember, but she has a condition, called Pseudotumor Cerebri.  Her body, for some unknown reason, produces too much Ceribrospinal Fluid.  That excess fluid, is pushed up into her brain behind her optic nerves.  She is on a very strict medication regime, but her doctors also encouraged her to lose a little weight as part of her treatment plan.

I haven’t made anywhere near the progress that she has, but I’m still very very happy with what I’ve achieved over the last 10 weeks.

I will be reporting beyond the 12 weeks, as I will be taking some time off, as we go on vacation, so I will still have program food, once the 12 weeks is over.  Next week, or the week after, Sonnie will have her final weigh in, and will provide her total weight loss along with a photo.

I’m hoping that I will be able to get into the doctors office, for my weigh in – once I get back home..  All in all, this has been a wonderful experience for the both of us, and we are so grateful for the opportunity that has been provided for us.

Each of us, in the 3 month campaign, has had different outcomes, but we’ve all had successes.  We’re learning new eating habits that we will continue to embrace.

For this week, I simple want to let my readers know that even though the holidays are approaching that doesn’t mean that you can’t start a weight loss program.  Take control of your eating habits now!

Remember – you’ll get the Fast 5 with your first months order – lose 5 lbs. the first week, and if you follow the plan, expect a 1 to 2 lb. weight loss for each continuing week.  There are a number of plans to choose from – and a counselor will be happy to help you choose the plan that’s best for YOU.

I know that my counselor, Bridget, has been a real help to me, giving sage advise and lots of moral support.  THANKS BRIDGET!

I’m not sure if I’ll be checking in next week, it will all depend on where I’m at and if I have internet available.

But – stayed tuned because Sonnie and I have more to share!
