Feltman Brothers is one of my all time favorite places to find the most exquisite children’s clothing. Every single item that I’ve received from them is of the highest quality and my grandchildren have looked adorable in them. One granddaughter in particular, received a Bishop’s Dress years ago, when she was a toddler.  At 7 years of age, she still insists on keeping that dress because she loves it so much.
