I tried making this recipe and it turned out pretty well. Although it was a little bit too tart for my taste. As a result I was able to balance it out by having only a little bit of lemon curd with a lot more granola and fruit so that the sweetness from the granola would help to balance it out. I do want to note though that I had a pinch more lemon zest in mines as well as a pinch more sugar to try to balance out the tartness of it. The sugar definitely helped I think but it is still tart so I might need to try adding some more. But overall with a bowl of granola and fruit and a dollop of lemon curd it all tastes great together. I would recommend this recipe with maybe a bit more sugar. I would say just taste the curd before you put it in the fridge to see if it suits your taste. But overall a pretty good dessert.
