  • I always try to have water beside me! I know I need to drink more of it. And I walk when I can! I’ll park far away from the store so I walk more.

  • These are very doable ideas. I’m guilty of not drinking enough water. I’ve been having kidney function issues because of my chronic health problems and she is hoping I am just dehydrated. I’m hoping so because kidney failure is scary. I had to get those drops to put in my water to help get more into my body. 🙂
